🕰 Wing Sing Gallery Watch Auction – Rules & Regulations

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants, please read and understand the following rules before joining our auction:

 

🔐 1. Registration

A RM50 registration fee is required for every round of auction.

This fee is non-refundable and only valid for the current auction month.

You must re-register and repay RM50 for every new auction event you wish to join.

This policy helps ensure only serious and responsible bidders participate.

 

💰 2. Bidding & Final Price

All bids are final and cannot be retracted once placed.

Please consider carefully before submitting your bid.

The final price will include a 3% procedure fee on top of the winning bid amount.

Example: Winning bid RM10,000 → Final amount = RM10,000 + RM300 = RM10,300

 

🏆 3. Winning & Payment

Auction winners must make a 20% deposit within 24 hours of auction closing.

This deposit is non-refundable.

The item will be reserved for you for 2 weeks. Full payment must be made within this period.

Failure to complete the payment within 2 weeks will result in cancellation of the deal and forfeiture of the deposit.

 

🚫 4. Blacklisting Policy

Participants who violate the rules (e.g. non-payment, irresponsible bidding, manipulation) will be blacklisted and banned from future auctions.

We take these matters seriously to maintain a quality and respectful auction environment for all.

 

📦 5. Delivery & Collection

Winners from outside of Kuala Lumpur can request courier service, available after full payment is completed.

Local customers may opt for in-store collection or free delivery within 15km.

 

🎯 6. Reserve Price

Every auction item has a pre-set reserve price determined by the company.

A successful deal only occurs when the final bid meets or exceeds the reserve price.

If the highest bid does not meet the reserve price, the item will not be sold, even if you're the highest bidder.

Registration fees are still non-refundable under this condition.
